    Well, not so much a studio here, more a square foot of desk made by pushing a load of junk out of the way, but I know what you mean. It is fun seeing what you can get out of a few simple objects and lighting - the camera really can be transformative in that situation.

    And, as others have said, a big 'thank you' to Kevin for starting the challenge - it's been great motivation to get the camera out more, and to see what everyone else has come up with.

    I know exactly where you mean, but this is a little further upstream, just past Kingston bridge.

    Many's the shot I've taken from that spot! First time I saw a swan in flight was from there (missed the pic, of course)!

    It is still the Vernal Equinox here at the Western edge of things, and I just took this snap of some friends a couple of hours ago, with the X-Pro1 and a Minolta MC 58mm/1.4 lens. Lisa and the gang md.jpg
