    The photo shows the closed down steelworks at Duisburg (Germany), a veritable eldorado for "urbex" photographers.

    Yes, you can just walk in and even climb up towers of blast furnaces.

    Thank you, @rmviewpoint. I consider it an honor that Bernd and Hilla Becher enter your head in connection with my posted photo. I appreciate Bernd and Hilla Becher's outstanding photographic work and now and then I try to take them as an example when shooting architecture or industrial themes. But I would not dare to compare with their work.

    Thank you, Capra. I almost always take B&W when photographing architectural spaces and places as well, but there is so much color and texture at Silo City that I shot quite a bit in color at this site.
