    I recently started a project documenting the Moscow State Cicus (and offshoots). I mostly used my Fuji XE1 and a Helios 44-2 for this project at first though I also used my Leica M9 for some of the back stage stuff (not included in article below). I wrote a few words for the website 35mmc which can be read below.

    I have a very clean Helios 44-2 as well, it's quite a nice lens both technically and artistically. Nice shot!

    Thank you, lucky shot. He came to drag someone out of the audience who was right in front of me. Didn't have much time to grab the shot!

    Cheers! It is a lovely lens, sharp, contrasty. Renders beautifully, I'd love to find something as good in a rangefinder mount. I have a Jupiter 8 but don't like it any where near as much.
