Just pulled the trigger on an X-T20 and 18-135mm, should be here Wednesday! I'm a former Canon-shooting hobbyist and have decided to get back into the hobby a bit, but am a highly mobile individual. I really fell out of the hobby due to the size/weight of my dSLR/lenses and left them at home more often than not. I was shooting with the 40D and just took a trip where I used it again and really saw where I miss some of the advancements that have been made since 2007-- WiFi connectivity, high-res LCD, better sensors (ISO, low-light perf, color rendition), etc. Made the mistake of "casually researching" cameras and it looks like the X-T20 is perfect for me! I'm not much of a gearhead and found I can rarely be bothered to tote around multiple lenses or even swap them out when I have them on me, so the 18-135 looks like a great do-all lens! Probably not the ultimate in IQ or low-light perf, but I'm no pixel peeper :). That'll probably be a backup though to an 18mm actually, as more often than not I'll be wanting an X100-esque experience for walking the dog and such. Looking forward to having something with such a small footprint.

Super excited to get it and put it through it's paces!

Welcome to Fuji and this friendly forum. Also, do have a look at the 27mm lens, if you like the small form factor. Mine worked well on my t10, now changed to t20, so looking forward to see how it behaves there! It is one sharp lens.

    Cheers, Peter

Welcome to the board! It's the friendlies, most helpful board I've ever been on. Great group of people here.

27mm does very well on the X-T20 :) I also have the 18-135 and it's my go to for walk around, travel.

Good choices, so far! I very much prefer the 18 over the 27, being the faster lens and having an aperture ring. I also like the dramatic wide-angle effect it can produce.
